  • Scheduled In-Person Checks: To be carried out periodically as agreed with the home owner.

  • Changeover coordination: Schedule and manage changeovers, gardening, and linen services.

  • PDF inventory for cleaning team: Ensuring the upmost consistency and standards for every changeover.

  • Electronic welcome guide: Providing guests with all they need to know about the property and a ‘must try’ list, based on our extensive knowledge of both the Isle of Wight & Surrey.

  • Security measures: Implementation of secure key handling procedures, key safes for check ins and property security checks.

  • Fire safety: In accordance with 2023 regulations we ensure that all properties are ready to safely welcome guests.

  • Personal availability: Available during working hours for owners' queries, with personal guest assistance if requested.

  • Maintenance team: A range of trades on hand for remedial works as well as window cleaners and gardeners.  

  • Monthly reports: Receive detailed reports with booking insights, feedback, and maintenance updates.

  • Access to ferry discounts: Pass on Red Funnel and Wight Link ferry discounts to guests upon booking confirmation.
